The Yacht Club Indonesia announces the launch of Vedanta. Designed by architect Alexis Dornier and naval architect Tresno Seery, the luxury speedboat is the latest addition to the prestigious fleet of high-end vessels at The Yacht Club Indonesia.

With an unmistakable blend of luxury and performance, Vedanta is the first of its kind in the region. This sleek 12-meter RHIB (Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat) accommodates up to 12 passengers and offers both a private charter and efficient transfer services.

Dornier's visionary approach to architecture and Seery's deep expertise in naval engineering are at the helm of Vedanta's design. They create a boat that looks stunning and delivers high performance, comfort, and safety.

The boat reaches cruising speeds of over 45 knots, making it the fastest water transport option in Bali. It also has shockproof seats, a dynamic stability control system, and a luxurious interior.

Vedanta's versatile nature makes it an ideal choice for multiple purposes, such as:

  • Transfer: Seamless inter-island transfers for up to 12 passengers between popular Bali destinations such as Nusa Penida, Gili Trawangan, Lombok, and more. Transfer prices start at $790, varying depending on the destination.

  • Charter: Exclusive half-day or full-day trips to nearby islands for snorkeling, sightseeing, and relaxation. Day trips range from $2,300 to $5,390 for an eight-hour charter.

  • Surf Missions: Pro surfers can use Vedanta for custom surf strike missions to access less-crowded, off-the-beaten-path waves across Bali and surrounding islands.

A Visionary Design Collaboration

Dornier, a German-born architect and designer based in Bali, is renowned for his sustainable and innovative designs. His style blends contemporary aesthetics with the island's natural elements.

"This vessel shouldn't just be a means to transport people from point A to point B, but should also express a love for comfort and having a good time," said Dornier. "I'm excited to see this project come to life on the water."

Seery, founder of Outborn Watercraft and an expert in naval architecture, brings his deep understanding of maritime challenges in Indonesia to the project.

"When designing this boat, my goal was to create a vessel specifically tailored for Indonesia, considering the unique climate, intended use, and the challenges presented by local waves, winds, and currents," Seery said.
